Thank you for stopping by today. I hope you've all had a great week. This is my final Fun Fold Friday for this month. If you've stopped by for Tuesday's Technique earlier this week then you know I won't be blogging next week. I've decided to take the final week of the month off from blogging from now on so that I can get caught up on some other projects I have going on. But that is next week. Let's talk about today, shall we?
I decided to go with a super simple card this time: the Double Z. Not really sure why it's called the Double Z; but anyhow. This fold takes no time to do at all; but still makes for a fun card. You can find the instructions just about anywhere; but they are so simple, I thought I'd just post them here for you as well.
You will need:
1) A card base measuring 5 1/4 x12
2) 2 pieces measuring 1 3/4 x 5 for the outside panels
3) 1 piece measuring 3 3/4 x 5 for the inside center.
-- Score your 5 1/4 x12 piece at 2, 4, 8, and 10
-- Fold at the 4, 10 lines and then fold the 4 back on the 2 and then the 10 back on the 8. (That's a little hard to explain in words; but if you look at the photos, it's easy to see how it goes.)
-- add the outside panels and the inside panels and decorate as you want.
--use some ribbon to keep it closed.
For my card, I started with a piece of 12x12 Kraft card stock cut to the appropriate size. I added patterned papers from my "My Minds Eye"
The thank you sentiment on the front is from hero arts and the sentiment in the center of the inside is from "Beautiful Kindness" by Verve.
Have a great weekend and I will see you all again the 1st week of February.

Love this color combo! It is so cheerful and the polka dots really add to this fun fold!
Thank you for joining us at Creative Knockouts for our Finish the Inside challenge.
Ooh I love those flowers. Great design. They are called double-Z this when folded both sides as when you look from the top each open part looks like a Z.Thank-you for joining us at the Crafting with an Attitude Challenge 'Anything Goes' January 2017.
