Hello Everyone,
I hope you're all having a good day so far. It is cold and snowy here and I have to say, I am pretty much over this whole winter thing. I'm back today to share a card for yesterday's Mojo Monday sketch. This was a fun sketch to work with and I really liked the circles.
I chose another PTI color combo I found on Pinterest, with one exchange. I swapped the Dark Chocolate for Scarlett Jewel. The patterned paper is from a Basic Grey 6x6 pad I've had forever.
I used the argyle cuttlebug and Swiss dots embossing folders to mimick the pattern and design in the patterned paper.
The sentiment is from Hero Arts and I stamped in with Simon Says Stamp Slate ink onto Neenah Solar White card stock and then used my ink blending tools with Crushed Olive Distress Ink to soften it up a bit
I ended up shifting the flower over a bit from its original place in the sketch. There really wasn't a reason for this...I just liked it there instead and I didn't want to crowd the sentimen I'm linking this card up to the following challenges:
