Hershey's Cocoa Crinkle Cookies

I hope you all had a great weekend. Unfortunately, I spent most of mine sick; but seem to be on the mend a bit finally today. I wanted to share a quick and easy recipe for some cookies. I found this recipe on the Hershey's.com website, which you can visit as well for the recipe (or you can just click the printable link at the top of this post as always)

These cookies were so very yummy! My daughter said they were like little brownie cookies sprinkled with powdered sugar. Make sure you store them in air tight container, as they did hardened quite easily. These are a great cookie to take to a pot luck or serve for entertaining, as the recipe yields quite a bit.

Refrigerating the dough is also essential to the recipe. The directions at the Hershey's site says to chill it for at least 6 hours; but I found 3 hours to be plenty.
