Oh, my it has been a while since I've posted a card hasn't it?! I was so sick all weekend, I barely got off the couch! Oh, well. Hopefully I can make up for that today! This is for the OCL sketch this week. I didn't get a chance to play last Friday, so I wanted to be sure that I did it this week. The OCL sketch challenge is my FAVORITE weekly challenge and so I always try to participate. I chose Cameo Coral for my base and then added a layer of Simply Chartreuse (PTI) The pattern papers are from Me and My Big Ideas.
I stamped Betty from "Hot Betty" in Cocoa ink on Gina K Luxury White paper and matted it on to a piece of Pumpkin Pie paper with a (Memento) and used different Copic Markers to color her in. The Coffee Mug, Flower Pot, Flower and Sentiment on the side are all from "The Spin Cycle" Now, in the interest of full disclosure, I have to say I lost the "steam" stamp for the coffee mug. So after looking for 3o mins for it, I decided to just give it a go and try to draw it myself. Yes, well...shouldn't have done that!!
