Hello!
I hope you are all having a wonderful Monday. I know some of you are probably in the throws of the first day of school. Ours don't start until after Labor Day, so I still have a couple more weeks of leisurely relaxing mornings. Well, besides the normal domestic duties! Don't really have an excuse for not posting earlier. Didn't really get my stamping "mojo" going until about 10:30 this morning and then I had to wait my "turn" for the computer!
Anyhow, once again I have two cards to share with you today. The first one is yesterday's Mojo Day 7 card. I worked on it last night while I was watching Mad Men. It was easy to put together. especially with the help of the scallop square punch and the 1" square punch! I'm a big fan of the inchie square technique. I used Really Rust, Choc Chip, Mellow Moss, Kraft and Bordering Blue for my color palette. The pieces of pattern paper are from the Basic Grey Archaic 6x6 pad. The Tree stamp is from ColorBok "Friendly Forest" and I stamped it in Always Artichoke ink on Kraft Paper.
The Second Card is for today's regular Mojo Monday. It is a Wiper Card, which is a tutorial from Beate on SCS. I've added a link on the right side under SCS tutorials to get you there faster if you 're interested. This was a lot of fun to do and not nearly as complicated as it first appeared. I used Brocade Blue, Sahara Sand, Lavendar Lace, Sage Shadow and Basic Black for my colors. The water can image is from Our Craft Lounge "Garden Thoughts" I colored it in with a variety of Copic, SU markers and SU watercolor Crayons. For the two decorative panels on the side, I used Sahara Sand with a piece of Designer Series Paper. I wrapped purple string around a piece of Sage Shadow paper and attached the Prima Flower complete with a black flower brad.
That's all for me today! Have a great day and I'll be back tomorrow!

I love the watering can card, first because it's beautiful, and secondly because that wiper card technique looks really cool...I'll have to check that out! Thanks for sharing :)
